Shipping

Sorry we do not offer shipping.  We will however accept shipping labels from you and will place on your order for you.  Some customers use UPS, Purolator, FedEx, Canada Post, or MBW. 

Orders can be picked at our showroom located at 101 Thornhill Drive Unit 103 in Dartmouth, NS.   

Need delivery in HRM?  No problem we have local couriers we can call on and help coordinate.

Returns

Storefront - all sales are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Online Store - returns are accepted within 7 days of order pickup confirmation email.  Once the order leaves the store all sales are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Online Auction - returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase date only if an item is found to be defective **with exception to pallets, box lots or items noted 'As-Is'. We will not consider a return after this time - no exceptions. You further understand that if you pick up items after the noted return period (14 days after the auction close date) you have waived your right to return for defective items. All items are to be returned in the original packaging for consideration. Nova Auction House reserves the right to refuse any items for returns as we see fit and restocking fees may apply. Return,  when received,  are processed within 3 to 5 business days to the method of payment on file.
