Huras Family Splendid Santa Ornament

Huras' artisans use different finishes to achieve the look of different details: his toy bag is painted in a matte finish to look more like cloth, Santa's coat is trimmed in a special, super-fine glitter, and other coloured glitters highlight details on the tree, Santa's beard, and the gifts. Even the teddy bear is textured to add yet another level of detail! Notice how the reflective copper of his latern contrasts with the matte finish to give the effect of a glowing candle. Each one of these ornaments takes about five days to complete, and includes an authentic collectors tag with the Huras family crest.

This classically elegant Santa is an all-time favourite among collectors, evoking both whispers of childhood memories and promises of future Christmas wonders. Originally sculpted in clay, this shape was then then cast into a metal mold used by glassblowers to create a delicate glass shape, and finished with handcrafted glass ornaments with hand-applied colours and glitter details. It comes in a lovely collectors box for easy gifting, too.
